Stone Hill Community Association is currently home to approximately 43 families and is located within the Monmouth Meadows Community Association in Abingdon, Maryland. This webpage is designed to assist the residents of the association with information from payment information to general community news and information.

Association Dues
The current Stone Hill Community dues are $217.00 a year due on the first of the year. Payments received after the 15th of the due date will incur a $15 late fee.
Stone Hill Community is part of Monmouth Meadows Community. The current Monmouth Meadows Community dues are $210 a quarter, due on the first of each quarter (January, April, July, and October). Payments received after the 15th of the quarter due will incur a $15 late fee.

Important Pet Information - We would like to remind all pet owners that pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your home. In addition, pet owners must clean up after their pets feces immediately upon completion. Pet owners not cleaning up after their pets may be fined by the Association. Not only is pet feces unsightly and causes great odors, but it is also hazardous to people and other pets.
