Greenleigh (1030-1050) Condominium at Regents Glen
- We would like to take this time to remind all homeowners that due to fire hazards, personal items are not permitted to be stored in the utility room or stairwells. These areas must be free and clear at all times.
- As a reminder, each year, sometime between March 1st and June 1st, all homeowners/ residents are required to have their air conditioning unit(s) drained, cleaned, and/ or blown out. This action will assist in preventing overflow drainage of the units. This shall be done at least once a year, and at the homeowners expense. The homeowner/ residents themselves may complete this, or you can be chose to have it completed by a professional contractor. Any damage incurred by the owner/resident, or other owner/ residents, as a result of an air conditioning unit drain overflow, will be the responsibility of the owner/ resident of the faulty unit.
- In addition to the annual maintenance of the ac unit(s), please remember to check and/or replace the filters within the unit(s). Cleaning the filters will not only help in preventing unit damage, but will also allow your units to run at a more efficient level.
- Move-In/Out Fee: Move in fee of $350 per homeowner/tenant that moves into the unit; as well as a move-out fee of $150 per homeowner/tenant who moves out of the unit.
Effective January 1, 2022: The current Greenleigh 1030-1050 at Regents Glen dues are $3,560 a year or $890 a quarter due on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July, and October). Payments received after the 15th of the date due will incur a $15 late fee.
Greenleigh 1030-1050 is part of the Regents Glen Community. The current Regents Glen dues are $140 a quarter payable on the first of each quarter. Payments received after the 15th of the date due will incur a $15 late fee.
