Grandview Park Condominium Association

Grandview Park Condominiums consists of 44 homes and is located on the east side of York Pennsylvania, in West Manchester Township. This webpage is designed to assist the residents of the Association with information from payment information to general community news and information.

Association Dues
Grandview Park Association started collecting dues on January 1, 2020. The association fees are $325.00 per month which are due on the 1st of every month. Any payments not received by the 5th day of the month will receive a $20 late fee, with an additional $20 for every 5 days after the 5th that the payment is late.
