To ensure community integrity and appeal, ALL exterior changes to homes or yards require approval in advance from the Board of Directors’ Architectural Review Committee. It is necessary for everyone to cooperate by completing the attached
application for ANY AND ALL changes being made to the exterior of your home or yard, beginning from the date you purchased your home. Pursuant to your association's documents, the Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any submittals that are not in compliance with the regulations, nor compliment the architectural integrity of the community.
