News, Updates & Reminders
- Fire Pits: No wood burning Fire Pits are permitted on the decks. They may only be used on the patio or grass area. Homeowner will be responsible to repair any damages that may occur to the lawn, landscaping or any parts of the unit. Fire pits cannot be stored on the lawn and should be returned to the patio or deck after use.
Association Dues
The current association dues for Wilson Springs Condominium is $150.00 a month, due on the 1st of every month. Dues that are not paid by the 5th day of the will acquire a $20.00 late fee.

PET OWNERS - We would like to remind all pet owners that pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your home. In addition, pet owners must clean up after their pets feces immediately upon completion. Pet owners not cleaning up after their pets may be fined by the Association. Not only is pet feces unsightly and causes great odors, but it is also hazardous to people and other pets.
