The Seasons Homeowners Association, Inc.
The Seasons is home to about 42 properties, located in Dover Township in Dover Pennsylvania. This webpage is designed to assist the residents of the Association with information from payment information to general community news and information.
Association Dues
The Seasons dues are $50 per quarter or $200 a year (when paid in January). Late fees are applied for any payments received after the 30th of the month.

Utilities
Trash: services are provided by Penn Waste, with pick-up on Thursday as early as 6am. Services include Trash, recycling and 1 large item.
