" Our Condominium Association was established as a self-governing Association with volunteer Board Members elected by the Association. Recently we have been facing a problem in which we were not able to get enough volunteers to run for the Board position and the burden was falling on just a few Board Members to run our Association. As a past president of the board of directors for an HOA in the Hershey, Pa. area, I recommend Community Asset Management (CAM) for creating a future partnership with your management group.
