"    Our Condominium Association was established as a self-governing Association with volunteer Board Members elected by the Association. Recently we have been facing a problem in which we were not able to get enough volunteers to run for the Board position and the burden was falling on just a few Board Members to run our Association. We tentatively decided to investigate a property management company. After evaluating multiple companies and interviewing with 3 of them, we selected Community Asset Management (CAM). We stated with the about 7 months ago. As with any change in management, we had concerns, but it is proving to a wonderful relationship. They have done an absolutely great job stating with the collection of the HOA fees and progressing to the understanding of how we have been doing things at our Condominium. From their level of expertise, they have been making suggestions for improvement for our ways. One example of this is our master insurance policy. From their connections they were able to find a carrier which save our condominium a tremendous amount of money. They can handle 100% of everything or whatever percentage we wish to turn over. We could go on with the glowing adulation but will end with the one observation, after 7 months of multiple questions and answers with them: They have proven to have the same amount of concern that we have about the judicial spending of our finances. What more could you ask for? They are also very nice people to work with. We would highly recommend CAM to any Condominium Association.

"    Choosing a property management company to work with a homeowners or condominium association is one of the most important decisions a governing body or board of directors is called upon to make. As a past president of the board of directors for an HOA in the Hershey, Pa. area, I recommend Community Asset Management (CAM) for creating a future partnership with your management group. Our small team inherited a situation that was not ideal. There had been three former property management companies for our HOA in the previous six years. It was long past time to begin a new era of stability, continuity, and a new spirit of true teamwork with CAM—our partner we selected three years ago after a rigorous review process. I am pleased to recommend their management and support team. They bring experience and savvy to the “routine” weekly tasks (managing the projects of our landscaping company, for example), and to the long-term “legal, insurance and financial” programs that are both essential and critical for the fiscal stability of the HOA (or condominium association). The CAM team brings a unique expertise to bear in helping a management group solve problems. They know how to respond to individual homeowner “everyday” requests for advice about how to go about getting gutters and downspouts updated, for example. Minutes later, they are completely at home at a board of directors meeting, helping to guide the planning discussions about financial and insurance issues for the next year’s HOA budget. For the help, friendliness and experience CAM can bring to bear in helping you and your management team with HOA and condominium tasks, I recommend Community Asset Management.
