Spring Meadows II, Condominium Association

Spring Meadows II is located about one mile west of I-83 (Exit 24) in Manchester Township; it is one block north of the intersection of Church & Lewisberry Roads. The condominium community includes 37 multi-story properties located on Halstead Lane or Sloane Circle—twin cul-de-sacs with islands. Occupancy began in April 2006 and construction was completed in December 2012.  The community has no age restrictions; the HOA has never participated in litigation either as a plaintiff or defendant.

Association Dues
 
Spring Meadows II condo fees are $265 a month and are due the 1st of each month. Condo fees and other payments may be mailed to the CAM address above.  There is a $30 dollar annual discount for owners who choose to pay their entire year in advance.  There are no discounts for anything other than annual payers.  Your check should be written for $3,150  ($265 * 12 = $3180) - $24 = $3,150.

Important Pet Information - We would like to remind all pet owners that pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your home. In addition, pet owners must clean up after their pets feces immediately upon completion. Pet owners not cleaning up after their pets may be fined by the Association. Not only is pet feces unsightly and causes great odors, but it is also hazardous to people and other pets.
