Spring Meadows Condominium Owners Association

Spring Meadows Condominium is home to approximately 43 families and is located about one mile west of I-83 (Exit 24) in Manchester Township; it is one block north of the intersection of Church & Lewisberry Road. This webpage is designed to assist the residents of the Association with any general information from payment information to general community news and information.

Association Dues

Spring Meadows Condominium dues are $335.00 due on the first of each month.
