Payment submittal information:
 
The current Quail Hollow Townhomes dues are $1,500 a year, or $125 a month, payable on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the $15th of the month will incur a $15 late fee.
 
*Effective January 1, 2014 the Quail Hollow Townhomes dues will be $1,620 a year, or $135 a month.

Important Pet Information - We would like to remind all pet owners that pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your home. In addition, pet owners must clean up after their pets feces immediately upon completion. Pet owners not cleaning up after their pets may be fined by the Association. Not only is pet feces unsightly and causes great odors, but it is also hazardous to people and other pets.
