Monmouth Meadows Community Center, Gym & Pool
You must be a member of the Monmouth Meadows Community Association that pays the annual Monmouth Meadows Community Master Dues for use of the pool, gym, and rental hall.
Community Center Info & Hours of Operation
Main Space - 24' x 33' - there are approximately (8) 5' round tables and (2) 6' long tables provided, along with folding chairs that accommodate approximately 75-80 people. Renters are responsible for setting up and taking down the tables and chairs for their gathering.
Extended Nook - 10' x 11'
Additional Room - 14' x 21' - there is a 4' x 8 ' foot table located in this room
Kitchen - There is a small kitchen area provided. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and sink provided within this area. Please note, no oven or range is provided.
Restrooms - There are separate private restrooms provided for use of your guest only
** When printing out rental contract be sure to print out and sign your Event Checklist. Please mail this with your SIGNED CONTRACT (all 4 pages) and THREE (3) checks: SECURITY DEPOSIT $200, DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE DATE $50 and RENTAL FEE to Monmouth Meadows Community Association, 15 E. Churcville Road, #106, Bel Air, MD 21014. If ALL fees are not with contract, your application can not be processed. **
