Hollywoods Condominium VII Association, Inc.

Hollywoods Condominium 7 is currently home to approximately 12 families and is located in the Hollywoods Land Association in Aberdeen, Maryland. This webpage is designed to assist the residents of the Association with information from payment information to general community news and information.

Association Dues
The current Hollywoods Condominium 7 Association dues are $325 per month payable on the 1st of every month.

Hollywoods Condominium 7 is part of the Hollywoods Land Association. The current Hollywoods Land dues are $250 a quarter due on the first of each quarter (January, April, July, and October).

FHA APPROVAL(Pending New Approval)
Due to the increase of activity in the vicinity of Hollywoods Land Condominium, our office has requested that Harford County Sheriffs office increase patrol in the area. Homeowners can contact 1-410-612-1718 and speak to anyone that answers about unknown activity in the area.
If anyone is almost certain of drug activities, they can call the Drug tip-line at 410-836-7788. This is an anonymous tip-line. If calling this line, they need as much info as possible on the vehicles (color, make, state on the plate, plate # if able).

NOTICE REGARDING PROPERTY INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE
                Pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-114 of the Maryland Condominium Act and the Condominium’s By-Laws, the Council of Unit Owners of the Condominium is responsible for obtaining and maintaining a Master Insurance Policy insuring the Common Elements and Units (exclusive of improvements or betterment installed in the Units by Unit Owners other than the Developer) from commonly-insured against casualties. Unit Owners are advised that, if the cause of any damage to or destruction of any portion of the Condominium originates from their Unit (regardless of fault), the Owner of that Unit where the cause of the damage or destruction originated is responsible to the Council of Unit Owners for reimbursement of any resulting deductible under the Master Insurance Policy up to a maximum amount of $10,000.00. Unit owners are strongly encouraged to obtain supplemental insurance coverage upon their personal property. Improvements and betterment, and to protect against liability for repayment of any insurance deductible under the Condominium’s Master Insurance Policy.
