ATTENTION!!! 

     AS OF JUNE 11, 2008 THE EMERALD HILLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS DECIDED  THAT RESIDENTS WHO RENT THE BANQUET FACILITIES AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER ALONG WITH THEIR GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE POOL.

**When printing out rental contract be sure to print out and sign your Event Checklist. Please mail this with your SIGNED CONTRACT (all 4 pages) and THREE (3) checks:  SECURITY DEPOSIT $200, DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE DATE $50 and RENTAL FEE $100/$175 to Emerald Hills Community Association, 1190 Regents Glen Drive, York, PA 17403.  If ALL fees are not with contract, your application can not be processed.**

Your Association Dues must be current to rent the facility.
