Emerald Hills Condominium 9 Association, Inc.
Emerald Hills Condominium 9 is currently home to approximately 16 families and is located within the Emerald Hills Community Association in Bel Air, Maryland. This webpage is designed to assist the residents of the Association with information from payment information to general community news and information.

Association Dues
The current Emerald Hills Condominium 9 dues are $320 a month payable on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 15th will incur a $15 late fee.
The current Emerald Hills Community Association dues are $200.00 a quarter payable on the 1st of each quarter.

PET OWNERS - We would like to remind all pet owners that pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your home. In addition, pet owners must clean up after their pets feces immediately upon completion. Pet owners not cleaning up after their pets may be fined by the Association. Not only is pet feces unsightly and causes great odors, but it is also hazardous to people and other pets.
