Emerald Hills Community Center, Gym & Pool

You must be a resident within the Emerald Hills Community to utilize the pool, gym, or to rent the community room, as well as being current on all Association dues.

Rental Hall Information

Main Space - 24' x 33' - there are approximately (10) 5' round tables and (2) 6' long tables provided, along with folding chairs that accommodate approximately 75-80 people. Renters are responsible for setting up and taking down the tables and chairs for their gathering.

Extended Nook - 10' x 11'

Additional Room - 14' x 21' - there is a 4' x 8 ' foot table located in this room.

Kitchen - There is a small kitchen area provided. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and sink provided within this area. Please note, no oven or range is provided.

Restrooms - There are separate private restrooms provided for use of your guest only.

Mondays - 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Tuesdays - Closed

Wednesdays - Closed

Thursdays - 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Fridays - 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Saturdays - 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Sundays - 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Holidays - 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

HOURS WHEN PUBLIC SCHOOL IS IN SESSION From Memorial Day through the last day public schools and in the event public schools open prior to Labor Day, the pool hours shall be as follows:

Weekdays - Closed

Reminder: Alarms activate from 11pm-4am so the premise must be vacated during this time. Homeowner’s will be responsible for actual costs from the police department responding to the alarm sounding.

** When printing out rental contract be sure to print out and sign your Event Checklist. Please mail this with your SIGNED CONTRACT (all 4 pages) and THREE (3) checks: SECURITY DEPOSIT $200, DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE DATE $50 and RENTAL FEE $100/$175 to:

ATTENTION!!! AS OF JUNE 11, 2008 THE EMERALD HILLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS DECIDED THAT RESIDENTS WHO RENT THE BANQUET FACILITIES AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER ALONG WITH THEIR GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE POOL DURING PARTY HOURS.
