Chanticleer is currently home to approximately 17 families, with room for more new construction. Located in York, Pennsylvania, the community is located right off of Route 892. This webpage is designed to assist the residents of the association with information from payments, community news, governing documents and information.

The current Chanticleer dues are $485.00 per month.

PET OWNERS - We would like to remind all pet owners that pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your home. In addition, pet owners must clean up after their pets feces immediately upon completion. Pet owners not cleaning up after their pets may be fined by the Association. Not only is pet feces unsightly and causes great odors, but it is also hazardous to people and other pets.
