Association Dues

The current association dues for Chamber Ridge is $250 monthly due on the 1st of every month. Any payments not received by the 5th of the month will received a $10.00. Payments that are 30-days past due will receive and additional 15% charge.

Homeowners can also pay online using one of three services; Revopay, Alliance Bank or your Homeowners' Portal Account. If you do not have a Homeowners' Portal Account, please contact our office and we will get that set-up for you.
