BOARD APPROVED ASSESSMENT POLICY

Emerald Hills and Monmouth Meadows Community Associations assessments are due the 1st of January, April, July and October. Any payment received AFTER the 15th of the month will be assessed a $15.00 late fee. Payment not received by the last day of the month will be assessed the $15.00 late fee in addition to any legal fees incurred to collect the delinquent payment.
