Association Dues
The Avondale Garage Dues are $360.00 per year or $33.00 a month, due on the first of each month. Payments received after the 15th will incur a $15 late fee.
Avondale Condominium 1 is part of the Monmouth Meadows Community. The current Monmouth Meadows Community dues are $210 a quarter, due on the first of each quarter (January, April, July, and October). Payments received after the 15th day of the quarter will incur a $15 late fee.

If paying by check or money order, please be sure to include your account number or property address on the memo line of the payment to ensure prompt placement of the payment.
Pay Online
Homeowners can also pay online using one of three services; Revopay, Alliance Bank or your Homeowners' Portal Account. If you do not have a Homeowners' Portal Account, please contact our office and we will get that set-up for you.
